The CP-400 Crimping Pliers are engineered for heavy industrial crimping of non-insulated open-barrel terminals, lugs, and splices from 1.5mm² to 10mm² (16-8 AWG). The high carbon steel frame is heat-treated for maximum rigidity under high compression forces. Three interchangeable die sets (included) cover the full range: small (1.5-2.5mm²), medium (4-6mm²), and large (10mm²). The ergonomic TPR overmolded handles feature a non-slip texture pattern optimized for gloved-hand operation. The precision ratchet mechanism delivers consistent, gas-tight crimps every cycle.
